Questions,
answered.
Here are some quick answers to how we work, what we create, and how a project moves from concept to launch.
01
How can Fabric help?
What project types does Studio Fabric handle?
We partner with developers, sales and marketing firms, leasing teams and place-makers to create residential brands, websites, digital, collateral, signage and launch campaigns — from positioning through launch.
When should we bring the studio into a project?
The earlier, the better. We create the most value when we're involved during positioning and strategy—before naming, branding, marketing, or leasing materials begin. Defining the audience, the market position, and the story early helps ensure every creative decision that follows is aligned and more effective.
Can you help update existing buildings and brands?
Yes. We can lead the full process or collaborate with internal marketing, development, architecture, and leasing teams to extend an existing brand into a more complete place-making system and bring its web and digital up to speed.

What's the process?
What does a typical engagement include?
Most engagements begin with discovery and positioning, then move into identity and creative development then into the digital experience, collateral materials, environmental graphics and signage, on to the launch campaign and outreach efforts. Every project is unique though, and we tailor each scope to meet individual client needs.
Do you develop the campaign strategy and produce all of the creative?
Yes. Everything is developed in-house. We establish the strategic foundation—positioning, audience, and story—and carry those ideas through every creative deliverable. From branding and websites to presentations, leasing/sales collateral, signage, motion, and content, the same team ensures the work remains cohesive from concept to execution.
How long does a project usually take?
Timing depends on scope and approval cycles. A brand update or campaign sprint can move quickly (6-8 weeks) while a new property launch with a complete launch system usually benefits from a phased schedule with clear checkpoints (2-3 months). If you give us a few details we can give you a tighter answer.
