Ten310 occupies a coveted address within a very desirable neighborhood. It builds on this with A-level architecture and interiors, conceptualized around a distinct-in-the-market design aesthetic. With those pillars in place, the brand simply needed to offer a canvas to let the building speak for itself. Elegant and understated, with a sense of confidence and calm. Taking inspiration directly from the building’s unique exterior design, we created a graphic concept that expresses its “frames” as visuals – capturing the moments and spaces throughout the building and neighborhood. From singular perspectives to compositions of multiple experiences, creating senses of calm or vibrancy.
